Privacy Policy
TradeWise Software PTE. Limited ("TradeWise", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect through tradewisesoftware.com, how we use it, and your rights under Singapore's PDPA and the EU GDPR.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business email address, phone number, the product you are interested in, and any project details you choose to share. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) and use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-less page-view metrics.
2. How we use it
We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide product information, and follow up on a potential commercial relationship. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing & sub-processors
Form submissions are delivered through Resend (email infrastructure) and stored in our internal sales inbox. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
4. Retention
We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless an active commercial relationship requires longer retention.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing sales@tradewisesoftware.com. EU/UK residents additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
